PomoGem is operated and developed by hinoshiba. Unless a different EULA is specified in App Store Connect, PomoGem distributed through the App Store is subject to Apple’s Standard EULA. This page supplements it with an explanation of product-specific features and usage considerations. If this page conflicts with Apple’s Standard EULA, that EULA takes precedence.
Basic features, including 25-, 45-, 60-, and 90-minute timers, are free. PomoGem Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that adds custom durations from 1 to 360 minutes beyond these four presets, and month stamps on grouped gems. Share cards display the PomoGem logo and official website in both the free and Pro versions. There is no subscription, free trial, or automatic renewal. Check the App Store purchase confirmation screen in the app for the offering and terms at the time of purchase.
Purchases are charged to your Apple Account and processed through StoreKit and the App Store. You can verify a valid purchase made with the same Apple Account using “Restore Purchases” in the app. Use Apple’s Report a Problem to review your purchase history and request a refund. PomoGem does not offer web payments or external purchases.
Milestone stones are a visual way to record your own achievements, such as a perfect score, passing an exam, or reaching a work milestone. They cannot be purchased and have no monetary value, cash redemption value, transferability, or exchange value.
PomoGem is a productivity tool for reflecting on your own study and work focus. Timers, self-reported time, iCloud sync, shared content, and exported data do not guarantee proof of attendance, payroll, billing, contractual performance, examinations or qualifications, or any other legal or official certification. Verify important records through an appropriate formal system as well.
Notifications, syncing, widgets, purchase verification, and other features may be delayed or unavailable depending on your device, OS, network, iCloud, or the App Store. The operator may change or discontinue features or offerings for security, legal compliance, quality, OS changes, or continued operation of the service. See the Privacy Policy for the handling of personal data.
The source code and ordinary documentation are covered by the MIT License. The names “ポモジェム” and “PomoGem,” logos, app icons, generated backgrounds, and marketing images for the store and website are excluded from the MIT License. Third-party fonts are covered by the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Contact official support with licensing questions.
